All About New Forum Feature

You guys have been asking to have an edit feature added into the Scion Owners forum, so we did it! We hope this added feature will make it easier to post - and ensure that you'll be able to say what you intend to. Review the quick tutorial below and make sure you undersand how this new feature works...

After posting a new topic or replying to a thread, you'll now notice a green "EDIT" box appear.

Upon clicking it, you should notice a cursor in the dialogue box and see it's button change from "POST" to "UPDATE". (Please note: if you don't see an UPDATE button after pressing edit – you may need to reload the page. If the button remains to say POST, hitting it will post your response a second time.)

Revise the text you've inputted and click the UPDATE button. You'll now see your revised text appear in your post.

Some additional things to know:

• Edit is an option for only 20 minutes. After creating your original post, you'll have only 20 minutes to update. After that time has passed, the EDIT button will disappear and you'll no longer be able to edit.
• Threads cannot be deleted. Once dialogue has been posted, the thread cannot be deleted. Even if you delete any text inputted, it will still show your name and a blank box.
