How To Personalize Your Avatar

A unique avatar is an easy way to personalize your Scion Owners profile and identify yourself to others. Other than your own homepage, your avatar will show on any forum thread or comment you make. While there's a lot of Scion Owners who have already uploaded a custom avatar for their profile, there are much more who haven't!

Read over this simple How To and then head over to your own profile page!

1.) Beginning at Scion Owners home page, click on your USER NAME - you can see me selecting "scioncm" on my own signed-in home page.

2.) Next, click on the "UPLOAD AVATAR" button.

3.) This will bring up a box – choose a file, select the picture you'd like to use and click "Open." Then click "UPLOAD".

*PICTURE SELECTION: You're able to select any size picture - but a square picture is recommended as that's how it will display on public pages. If you don't want a squished and distored avatar picture, crop it before uploading. 

4.) Finished! After clicking "UPLOAD" your picture will now be visible on your profile page as well as changed throughout the site on any conversations you've participated in.

If you haven't uploaded an avatar, it defaults to the grey Scion logo – so unless you want to be like everyone else, head to your profile and make it stand apart!
